Die gesetzliche Berufsbezeichnung Steuerberater wurde in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland (Bundesland: Bayern) erworben.

Theo Pischel wurde am 14. März 1980 vom Bayerischen Staatsministerium für Wirtschaft und Verkehr als Wirtschaftsprüfer öffentlich bestellt.

Quality Assurance

The provision of our services at a high professional standard means a matter of course for us. Due to Article 57a WPO (Law Regulating the Profession of Wirtschaftsprüfer) the public accounting firms offering the statutory audit services have to submit to external quality assurance.

The external quality assurance’s main purpose is to review compliance of professionals with the fundamental principals of quality control as laid down by law and the by-law of WPK. Compliance is not only reviewed with respect to the implementation and structure of quality control procedures in general, but also in regard to proper performance of individual professional engagements, especially audits, where the professional seal is used.

On 10/24 2005, we obtained a certificate for successful participation in external quality control. This certificate documents the successful examination of our quality control procedures and is a legal requirement for carrying out statutory annual audits.  The quality assurance system is reviewed every three years by an independent external auditor.

Data Protection

In our daily work with our clients we are collecting, processing and using personal data. For our doing the protection of data privacy is highly important. Our company is following the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act. The purpose of this Act is to protect the individual against his right to privacy being impaired through the handling of his personal data. Our company takes the technical and organisational measures necessary to ensure the implementation of the provisions of this Act. We prevent unauthorised persons from gaining access to data processing systems. We ensure that personal data cannot be read, copied, modified or removed without authorisation. We protect personal data from accidental destruction and loss. Our highly trained employees are committed to these provisions. Thank you very much for your confidence.
